World Animal Day is an international celebration of animals and the contribution they make to our lives.

On Friday 10 October, 2008, RSPCA held our annual World Animal Day Gala Ball to celebrate. With almost 500 people attending, funds were raised for animal welfare and adoption services from this important event. This year, we are aimed to raise over $185,000 which will go directly towards animal rescue and adoption services across Victoria.

The Gala Ball event was an exciting night filled with entertainment from Melbourne's leading entertainers, traditional and silent auctions, fine food, and music  for our guests to dance the night away.
