The Vegan Society of NSW is calling for volunteers for The Living Planet - Sydney VeganExpo 2010

The event will take place on Sunday 2 May 2010 from 10am
to 4pm.  There are various jobs on offer including:

   Set up/bump in team
       - several people to help in the morning with setting up tables
         & chairs before exhibitors arrive (7-8am)
   Front desk/reception
       - collecting money, greeting and counting visitors
   Raffle ticket sales (am or pm)
   Stage manager to assist MC, Elizabeth Usher
       - ensuring speakers/performers are ready to go on stage at
         their allocated time
   Assistants for Tea & Empathy stall
       - selling donated cakes, biscuits, tea & coffee
   Assistants for Vegan Society book stall
       - selling books and t-shirts
   Assistant for membership desk
       - signing up new members to the Vegan Society on the day
   Assistants for amenities/workshop room
       - to set up chairs according to the day's schedule
   Pack down team
       - several people to help with packing away tables, chairs and
         general clean up at the end of the day (4pm-5pm)
