Melbourne, ATAAC Director Elizabeth -
Melbourne put on Spring weather at its best, while thousands of people gathered on Parliament steps Melbourne for the Oscar's Law rally.
The message was clear. We want puppy factories banned. And we want them banned now.
ATAAC held a stall in the Treasury Gardens after the demonstration along with lots of other wonderful animal organisations.
We raised over $1000 over the course of the day for needy groups and shelters all over the world! Here I am pictured with our awesome volunteer, Jess.
Here are a few more photos from the day -
Me with Deb and Oscar - the inspiration behind the whole campaign!
Sydney, ATAAC Ambassador Against Circus Animals Jordann -
On Sunday the 18th of August, animal lovers across the country were uniting to stop puppy farming.
The Sydney rally was held at Belmore Park, near central.
The weather was perfect, with clear blue skies.
It was a great day filled with inspirational speakers, yummy vegan/vegetarian food, and live music provided by Blackie from the Hard-on’s.
There was a large passionate crowd (of all different species) uniting together to fight for the puppies suffering in puppy farms.
The day was a real inspiration, showing that together, we can make a difference for those who need it.
