ATAAC | Australian Teens Against Animal Cruelty - Beards for Bears!

Our new friends at Kangaboy have an excellent campaign running called 'Beards for Bears' which runs in the months of April and October each year.

Basically what they are asking the fellas to do is to grow a beard to support bears!

This is similar to 'Movember' however all proceeds raised will go towards groups dedicated to ending bear abuse worldwide.

This isn't just for the guys! There are other ways both kids and girls can get involved without having to paint on whiskers! You can enter as a team or encourage your boyfriend/brother/dad/friend to grow a beard and make it a collaboration!

Check out the website here to read about how you can get involved.

This is such a worthwhile and fun initiative that if supported, will do great things for bears.

Please get in contact with Dave at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or phone him on 0403798784.

Spread the word and get growing!

P.S ... not sure exactly what happens? Check out these links to learn about just a few of the many ways bears are abused.
