ATAAC | Australian Teens Against Animal Cruelty - International Vegetarian Week

There are so many great reasons to adopt a vegetarian diet - not only for the animals but your health and the environment.

Animals Australia have created a great website to make it easier than ever to trial a week in the life of a vegetarian.

The International Veg Week Challenge runs from the 1st of October to the 7th.

The site contains delicious recipes, helpful tips and information as well as great shopping guides. Check it out here!

You can also check out the Eating Out section of our website to find some great restaurants near you!

You may as well give it a go! When you think about it - it's only one week out of your whole life, you've got nothing to lose.

Vegetarians save 100 animals from death each year, so if you're like me, it's only logical to save as many furry lives as you can!

Feel free to email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it if you have any questions.

Good luck and get active for animals!
